Exchange Policy

3.1. Size or Color Exchange
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days after delivery.

3.2. Conditions for Exchanges
✔ Item must be unused, clean, undamaged;
✔ Original tags must be attached;
✔ Packaging in perfect condition.

3.3. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

• First exchange: shipping covered by RENZMAN

• Additional exchanges: shipping cost covered by the customer
